Registration

Preregistration required for this event. Please preregister early so that we will know how many to plan for. Registration fee is $5 per person until June 14, $8 after June 11. Sutlers $15 (wall tent plus fly) to $35 (all larger tents). Civilian children 12 & under = no registration fee. Dinner $5 each, must be ordered by June 27.

Walk-ons are strongly discouraged. We will allow you to register on site if you are a member of a unit that is preregistered. Walk-ons will pay full price and NOT get powder. Even if you are late registering, PLEASE at least give us a phone call so that we will know whom to expect. If you want to substitute for someone who has already paid, you need a note from either the person whose place you are taking, or from your unit commander. Battle participants under 18 (see rules) need a note from their parents, not just the buddy you rode with.

Each reenactor, military and civilian, is expected to be a member of a recognized unit and under the responsibility of that unit's commander. Please read and respect, the posted rules. We welcome participation from properly preregistered independents or small groups from a unit -- but we can't have uncontrolled cowboys who show up and won't follow rules or legitimate "military" orders. Such individuals are safety hazards.
